Our Express PCR tests and Express Lateral Flow Tests are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aims to deliver within 1-2 business days from being dispatched.

Our Standard PCR's and Standard Lateral Flow Tests are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which aims to deliver within 2-3 business days from being dispatched.

Our Budget PCR's and Budget Lateral Flow Tests are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which aims to deliver within 2-3 business days from being dispatched.

Express PCR and Express Lateral Flow test orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day with delivery times above. Any orders placed out of this time please allow an additional 1-2 business days. Standard PCR and Lateral Flow tests will be dispatched within 2 business days after the order is placed. Budget PCR and Lateral Flow tests will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after the order is placed.

If you are ordering after 1pm on a Friday, your test kit will be dispatchedMonday. Orders are not dispatched during the weekend or Bank Holidays.

All PCR tests come with a pre-paid Royal Mail returns envelope that is required to be dropped off at a Royal Mail Priority Post Box.

Lateral Flow tests do not contain a returns envelope as there is no requirement to return your test kit in order to receive results.
Our Day 2 and Day 8 Testing Package is sent via DHL next day Delivery.

We dispatch the two test kits to arrive on or before day 2 of your quarantine, assuming you have placed the order at least 3 business days before your arrival in England.

Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your Travel Testing Package.

Please note any orders placed less than 3 business days before arrival in England, or after arrival in England, may not be delivered on or before day 2 of your quarantine, due to processing times and delivery schedules. We will do our best to get your test kits to you as soon as possible.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day for next working day delivery. Any orders placed out of this time please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Refund Policy
Once a Locator Reference Number has been generated we are unable to process any refunds.
You are liable in ensuring that your information is submitted correctly and we cannot process any refunds as a result of incorrect information.
Test kits cannot be returned once received by you due to the risk of transmission of the virus.
We are not responsible for any tests that have been damaged or lost in the post. We are happy to provide a replacement but we do not offer refunds.
We cannot provide refunds for any delays outside of our control such as delayed postage or delays from the laboratory.

- Book Click and Collect PCR General TEst

- Each customer must attend our Warrington Clinic to collect your test to take home. If this is not suitable for you, please order our Postal test where your test will be posted to your chosen location.

- PCR results will be available within 12-36 hours of the laboratory accepting the test.
